We ship directly from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada to Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Winnipeg local orders: Flat rate of $7 CAD
- Canada orders: Courier rate (Free shipping $125+ CAD)
- USA orders: Flat rate from $25 USD ($30 for 2-3 50ml bottles, $35 for 4+)
Orders ship out within 2-4 business days. Once shipped: Canada 5-10 business days, USA 7-14 business days.
USA orders are shipped DDU. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Policy
Due to the limited-run nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If we sent you the wrong size, we will send a free replacement. Email support@qordova.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and tag photo.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will work with you to resolve it.
