How We Ship

Qordova offers shipping across Canada and the United States from our warehouse in Winnipeg. Some items in our collection are fulfilled through our partner network, which ships globally.

  • Qordova Warehouse: Ships to Canada and the United States only
  • Partner Fulfillment Network: Ships globally to all supported destinations

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier availability. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

  • Winnipeg Local Orders: Flat rate of $10.00 CAD
  • Rest of Canada: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • United States: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Free Shipping: Orders over $250 CAD qualify for free shipping within Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. During high-demand periods or for pre-order items, processing may take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • International (Partner Network): 14-28 business days

These are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Important: USA Orders — Duties & Taxes

Customs, Duties & Taxes Notice

Orders shipped to the United States are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@qordova.co with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for more details.
