Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited-run nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.
Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing or fit, contact us at support@qordova.co before purchasing.
Wrong Size Sent By Us
If we sent you the wrong size (i.e. the size you received does not match the size you ordered), we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you.
To request a replacement:
- Email support@qordova.co within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Include a photo of the size tag showing the incorrect size
- Replacements are subject to availability — if your size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at support@qordova.co with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review your case and work with you to find a resolution.
Non-Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for replacement or return:
- Items where you ordered the wrong size (please check the size chart before ordering)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
