Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited-run nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or buyer's remorse.

The only exceptions are the two cases described below: (1) we shipped you the wrong size, or (2) your product arrived damaged. Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing or fit, contact us at support@qordova.co before purchasing.

Wrong Size Sent By Us

If we sent you the wrong size (i.e. the size you received does not match the size you ordered), we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

  • Email support@qordova.co within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Include a photo of the size tag showing the incorrect size
  • Replacements are subject to availability. If your size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund

Size Changes & Exchanges

We can only change the size of an order while it is still being prepared, and only when the change is confirmed by Qordova in writing (by email or text). Once you have confirmed a size change in writing, that selection becomes your final order and is not eligible for refund, further exchange, or dispute. We are not responsible for fit or sizing once a change has been authorized at your request.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, contact us at support@qordova.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will provide a refund or exchange at your choice (subject to availability).

Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange:

  • Items where you ordered the wrong size (please check the size chart before ordering)
  • Size selections you confirmed with us in writing
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Order Tracking & Delivery

Every order ships with a tracking number, which is emailed to you and viewable in your account. Tracking and carrier delivery confirmation are the official record of whether an order has been delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact support@qordova.co within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. If you ever have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@qordova.co — we resolve sizing errors and damaged items quickly and fairly, and we will always work with you in good faith.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was delivered as described is considered a breach of this agreement. For any such dispute, we will submit the carrier's delivery confirmation, your order and communication records, and this accepted policy to your payment provider to contest it. This does not affect your legitimate rights for the wrong-size and damaged-product cases described above, which we honor directly.
